VETERINARY & HUMAN MEDICINE IN CRISIS and How I Have Improved Quality Of Life and Life Extension in Cats, Ferrets, Dogs and Humans with Supplements & Nutrition By Eric Weisman, Dr. of Health Sciences I am writing this manuscript because there are so many new procedures I have developed that need to be shared with others. Not only do these methods extend life, but dramatically increase quality of life in human and nonhuman animals that are sick with some of the most deadly diseases. I have developed these procedures with the assistance of other researchers over the past three decades. In my mind, this new technology is not being shared with physicians, veterinarians or the public because they save time, money and would reduce profit for drug companies, health insurance industry and physicians' industry itself. This manuscript is first dedicated to my father, Paul Morris Weisman, my mother Anne Nichols Weisman, my dear wife Lynn Crandall Weisman (who has put up with me and our beloved pets) and all the wonderful non-human animals and humans that I have had the good fortune to assist in their time of suffering and need over the past 2 decades. Also, I dedicate this book to some of the great minds that provided the information I needed to develop these many procedures and conclusions I share with others everyday. Our civilization is at a cross road. We need to change our direction for the better. Those of us who are in the healing arts must concern ourselves with knowledge and compassion for those that are suffering first. We must make profit one of the least of our concerns, so that we can help those that can least afford our assistance. My greatest hope is that people in the healing arts will have an awakening of compassion for all human and non-human animals. They will realize at once that vegetarianism was and is the answer to the survival of all life on this planet and peace for all who live. Some of the great minds of our civilization had this view and lived in other ages, while others are still with us. I will mention some of them here. Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519): Artist, Scientist, Inventor, Writer. A great mind and vegetarian. Leo Tolstoy (1828-1910) Christian Pacifist: The great Russian Author and Philosopher (better known for writing War & Peace) who espoused Christian Vegetarianism and Anti War Philosophy as a way to achieve peace and sanity in 19th and 20th Century Russia. Albert Einstein (1879-1955) Nobel Laureate: The modern physicist and philosopher who helped invent nuclear energy and then stood up against any use of nuclear bombs and against abuse of people and animals for any reason. Albert Schweitzer, MD (1875-1965) Nobel Laureate, Christian Vegetarian, Physician to the poor & destitute of Africa: The devoted physician realized the importance of vegetarianism and peace with more social sanity. Max Gerson, MD (1881-1959) a vegetarian and most intelligent, dedicated oncologist who used the vegan diet as a part of his cancer and infectious disease treatments. He is the most important cancer cure developer of the 20th Century and father of modern nutritional medicine. PREFACE When a child, I dreamt that I could one day free my mother from her long term illness that was caused by an experimental "medical" study procedure (she was made a subject without her permission). I hoped that the knowledge I would accrue from different colleges and universities would help me achieve this goal. I only found out that my mother was a forced participant in a series of electro-convulsive shock experiments at a Canadian Hospital after I saw an extensive film documentary on CIA studies that resulted in litigation. The litigation was a result of unsuspecting hospital patients being used as subjects for various forms of torture and abuse at three Canadian Hospitals. I went back into my mother's medical file to find out that she was at the same hospital at the same time refered to in the documentary. In the files were references to a series of electro convulsive shock treatments she recieved at that Hospital over a two month period. According to the documentary, the CIA and Canadian Psychiatric Association conducted interogation and brain washing experiments on unwitting patients at the same Canadian Hospital my mother went to for a mild case of post partum depression. After my father brought her to that hospital, she was treated with high doses of electro-convulsive shock for her simple problem of unhappy mood linked to increased responsibility with my sister's birth. During her two months of treatment, she developed a permanent form of advancing dementia from which she never recovered and increased as she aged. From the bright, intelligent, pretty and generous woman she was, I remember how sick and dull her personality seemed after she came back from her long stay at that hospital. I remember that she was never the same bright person she was before she went in, but I had no complete understanding of why until the summer of 1993 after watching that televison CIA law suit documentary and delving into my mother's medical records. As I watched the documentery in awe, I did not know then that my mother was going to die from some of the related injuries she sustained in that study just three years later (1996). I was not a great student until my later years in post graduate school. Part of the problem I faced in the schools I attended was my constant need to question why things were being taught and if they were true in the first place. It took me decades to realize that many of the courses taught in schools are based on misinformation and half truths much like television and newspapaer news. It wasn’t because the teaching staff suddenly decided to inform me, it was because I studied alternate books with different information that opposed what I was being taught in various schools, colleges and universities. If it had not been for my father commenting about the lies and injustices committed by historians, politicians and various officers of government agencies, I probably would have never written this book. Without questioning the propositions and mechanisms of our society, one can not find out the facts for himself or herself. Questioning so-called facts is the long way to learn. For every important question, there is an important answer. These answers may not be the same as the ones proposed by well known historians, physicists, mathematicians, or highly acknowledged physicians. The answers I have found in the field of drug and surgery internal medicine are very different from the various procedures I have developed. Many of these evolved procedures are in their second generation of use. In many cases, my procedures are safer and easier to use and much lower in cost then conventional high tech obsolete western internal medicine or what I call “Wall St. Medicine”. The answers I have found fill the void created by the questions I asked. THE U.S. HEALTH CRISIS One of the most important reasons why many veterinarians do not like Evolution Diet Pet Foods is because people using them have much healthier pets. When pets become healthier, they become much less dependent on veterinary services and vets make much less money. Sadly, most medical doctors and veterinarians are more concerned about their income then your health or the health of your pet(s) respectively. I wrote this manuscript as an answer to the what I call “The Crisis in U.S. Health Care.” I separate this problem into 7 categories because it will take a multi-perspective approach to remedy this problem in the U.S. if it can ever be fixed. Seven main factors are a part of or have have resulted in the US Health Care Crisis and to a lesser degree the Canadian Health Care Crisis: 1. A real Nutrient Based Medical Care System should become part of the standard health and taught as a system of care with disease prevention and treatment to lower costs and suffering of Americans and Canadians. When I say a real Nutrient Care System, I mean that Medical Doctors, Veterinarians and Naturopathic Doctors should have access to this newly developed branch of medicine. All interested physicians must be allowed hospital and blood laboratory privaleges. They would have to have access to determine effective nutrition treatments with the latest scientific data. The accessibility to hospital grand rounds and laboratory diagnosis and treatment are essential to proper prevention and treatment of internal diseases. 2. Decreasing amounts of toxic drug and chemical contaminents being put in the food supply, but especially meat, poultry, fish, shell fish, eggs and dairy products. Why? They contain up to 30-40% more arensic, lead, mercury and cadmium then vegetarian meat substitutes like veggie burgers, veggie hot dogs, and veggie chicken analogues. Educate the public now on the improved life expectancy and health through the use of vitamin, herb, nutraceutical supplements and vegetarian diets. This is the way the public would become far less dependent on drugs and surgery. 3. Another way to lower medical costs and suffering of people and animals would be to stop the increasing physical and mental damage from environmental pollutants and chemicals. Specifically those that are being put in drinking water, untreated water for slaughter animal consumption, air pathogens from trucks, cars, boats and motorcycles without proper or any emmision systems, chemical and industrial plant emmisions, coal fire power plants and nuclear facilities with new laws and increased enforcement officials. 4. Improve the American Legal System that does not provide pre-emptive Mental and Addiction Treatment Centers where destitute people can live, be treated and housed for long periods of time. These badly needed institutions would provide care with dignity and respect. For the mentally ill and addicted which are one in the same, housing and treatment instead of the hatred, sickness and torture of the American Prison System would be real justice. It would be justice for the public because it would prevent crime. These institutions would also provide a safety net for the public by having a place to put the mentally ill and addicted people before they commit horrific crimes. Preventing crime and giving police a much better way to prevent terrible loss of life would actually save the public money, suffering, murder and improve the mental health of this nation. 5. New proper laws and added police to protect animals and high taxation of people who breed animals so that the breeding tax money can be used to house and treat those animals that are destitute instead of relying on killing them as a solution. This would price pets reasonabley. With respect to homeless and sick animals, there would be justice instead of genocide. By putting more value on all animal life, we would give our citizens higher ethical values and prevent death to the innocent. This improved value of non-human animals would also give people more ethics and respect for each other. 6. Improve how the Corporate Media Propaganda exposes the above issues and makes up stories to cause fear and dementia in the public persona. The corporate media machine which includes CNN, FOX, ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, TIME-WARNER, NEWSWEEK, US News & World Report, Big City Newspapers, Mainstream Right Wing Christian Radio and Centrist Radio Broadcasts should have disclaimers about their Corporate Perspective. Hollywood Movies with murder, retribution themes, killing of animals, expensive destructive life styles should not be produced or shown except with disclaimers about destructive and mentally ill themes at the beginning, the middle and the end of the film. I think that all animal torture and killing of animals in movies should be absolutely banned. It shows the public that Hollywood has a disregard for innocent life. The above change will not happen unless the absolute corporate control of health care by the Drug, Chemical, Surgery, Medical Equipment, Hospital and Health Insurance Industries is stopped. A Government Paid For Comprehensive Health Care Plan for All People is a right to all citizens (as it is in Canada and all other industrialized nations). If wealthier individuals want additional care, they can take out an additional insurance benefit policy for all the bells and whistles. A Government Universal Free or Very Low Cost Single Payer Health Care Plan should be available to all. Last, but by far the most important: To get clean, effective government, we must rid of all Lobby Money for Campaign Contributions and all other perks that any Industry gives to the President's Office, State and Federal House Legislators, Senators, Attorney Generals, Pentagon Officials, Government Officials and Agency Personel. The government must initiate a new system where all politicians get a set amount of money from government to run for any office position from taxpayer money only. To minimize corporate influence there should be absolutely no "Golden Parachutes" for people leaving any government office and getting a high paying job in any industry or taking money from any industry after leaving a government post or any agency position. These are just other ways that Industry bribes politicians and government agency employees in office after they have left office. No government employee or official or their immediate family members should be able to accept any perks at any time from industry at the risk of imprisonment for no less then a full ten year term to both the Industry Official and government seat or agent. The FBI and the Government Accounting Office should be in charge of this program with all heavy fines paid to The Office of the US Treasury. All of the reasons why the U.S. Health Crisis is so important is because the greedy U.S. Corporate CEO's cause physical and social diseases that are affecting Americans. They are the same people that are profiting from it. Then the same sick CEO's that run these greedy companies pay money to mentally ill, greed ridden politicians that work in the legislature, the senate, the CIA, Drug Enforcement, and the Military. The mental illness and greed that is pervasive in American Corporate Administration becomes manifest in US Government Policy. Unwittingly, American Peoples' standard of phsyical and mental health is being desimated by these policies and this system. American Corporations use lobby money to convince the President, Congress and the Senate to take tax money and American lives to steel natural resources and cheap labor from countries that can not defend themselves. US arms manufacturers and dealers make lots of taxpayer money by being involved in the rape, genocide and terror in other countries America is trying to control, abuse and steal from and at the sme time Americans are also being robbed of their health and livliehood. Here are some shocking facts and questions that are based on factual scientific polls. These facts are derived from studies that were performed by well known and respected independent non profit international organizations. Again these are questions based on factual data. Why has America developed the worst ranking health care system of all developed or industrialized countries in the world (number 37 from the top)? Why is medical health care in the US more expensive then any other nation? Why does America have more murders per capita then any other developed country? Why does the US have the largest prison population of any country in the world? Why does the US have more serial killers then any other developed nation? Why does the US have the highest rate of suicide of all developed nations? Why is America the most polluted nation on earth? Why do American meat, poultry and fish products have the highest concentrations of steroid growth hormones and antibiotic residues of any country in the world? Why does the US have the largest drug use of any developed nation? Why does the US have more unwanted children being born then any other developed nation? Why does America have more obese and overweight people then any other country in the world. Why does the US have the highest rate of mental illness of all developed nations? According the FDA, about 100,000 people die every year in the US from side effects of drugs. These are drugs that Americans and Canadians think will help them. These are not drugs given by mistake or with improper doses: They are drugs that are not properly tested and then sold to doctors and the public. Most of the money required to bring a drug into public use is not spent in researching the effects of that drug. About 2/3 thirds of the Billion Dollars that it takes to develop and make the drug available is spent on marketing and advertising. Drug companies pay praciticing MD's to review their biased drug reports and then sign the reports as if they have done a thorough review of the product and studied its' subject responses. The idea that drugs could be sold directly to the uninformed public instead of to more informed doctors started in the nineteen ninties. By selling new drugs directly to the public, drug companies found that they could increase their profits dramatically. By selling Drugs on TV and Radio and Newspapers, Drug Companies found they could sell more drugs. Huge profits are the underlying motive propelling the Health Care Industry instead of the need to help people get well. The above explains most of the American Crisis in Health Care. The problems above are unique to the American Health Care and Mental Health System. I mentioned that the US has the above are part of the poorest and most expensive health care system in the world. I did not pull these realities from out of a hat: The answers to the questions above come from figures cited by the World Health Organization and Interpol (The International Police Agency). For people living in the U.S., the net results of the problems I mentioned above are as follows: People in the US are living 3-15 less years in the US then they are in Canada, Japan, England, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Belgium, Spain, Scotland and Sweden to name a few. The actual life expectancy may be much shorter then those quoted, because the U.S. Census Bureau tends to alter statistics to make them better than they actually are. The US has the highest infant death rate amongst all developed nations. THE ANSWERS Part of the answer lies with the fact that all other developed nations in the world have a government paid for health care while the US does not. Where do all the billions of dollars that other developed nation governments spend on their citizens go to in the US? All the money that would go to health care in the US for its’ citizens goes into the manufacturing of munitions, weapons (killing machines), soldiers and military bases around the world. In the US, it is OK to spend billions of the taxpayers’ money on killing machines and the biggest standing military machine in the world, but not on its’ citizens. The US gives free health care including dentistry to all its’ soldiers, but not the citizens who pay for taking care of the soldiers. This is the way America repays its’ taxpayers. Soldiers who become civilians get to learn how much their government really appreciates the fact that they put their life on the line. These guys have to deal the Veterans Administration Hospitals and out patient clinics. Do you ever wonder where substandard doctors that can not work well in public practice wind up the U.S.? There must be some place where a doctor that has a poor bedside manor or criminal record can go and practice after spending all those hard earned bucks and time on a graduate school diploma. Maybe he or she took her medical training outside the U.S. in a 2 year program somewhere in Indonesia (Indonesians really hate Americans) or Poland (Poles don’t like Americans too much either but not the severe hatred that Indonesians have). Believe it or not, there are low standard medical schools like the ones at the Ultra Right Wing Christian Bible Colleges where they think teaching religion is way more important then scientific medicine, even though they teach medicine (as a side program). Do you want to know where these substandard doctors go? Can these people really practice in the U.S.? How can they ever get a license to practice medicine? They must have two things in common: They must be able to read and understand English (at least at the time of this writing) and they must be able to pass the national medical board and state medical board examinations. Now they can take those special weekend programs where they bone up these exams by taking a special low cost preparatory program. What is that? Prep programs to pass the National Board exams are given on various medical campuses throughout the U.S.. companies that offer these programs get sample questions from students who take these tests and then sell or give them to these companies. What happens to doctors that pass these exams, but are barely intelligent enough to know the difference between the abdominal aorta and a garden hose? Just visit a V.A. Clinic or Hospital and find out. They have all kinds of them there with nurses and medical support staff and physical plant to match. I can not tell you what the frequency of deadly accidents is because they do not keep accurate statistics. The VA Hospitals and Clinics would be embarrassed by their actual mortality statistics so they do not keep them. A recent study on commercial hospitals in the U.S. completed a study in 2006, stating that 30% of the deaths in the studied hospitals were attributable to mistakes in treatment. This study referred to deaths by mistake in commercial hospitals. If anyone ran a business America deals with almost every illness and social problem by declaring “War”. There is the “War on Cancer” which has been dismal failure because the drug industry is not really interested in finding a cure because they make so much money treating cancer with toxic drugs that predispose the cancer patient to various autoimmune diseases and recurrent cancer so the drug companies get to treat cancer in the same patient as many as 3 to 4 times before the patient finally dies of related causes and / or the cancer drug and radiation toxicity. Then there is the phony “War on Drugs”. You would think that with all the police dogs, high tech radar, sniffing machines, x-ray equipment, border patrols, air patrols, Alcohol Tobacco & Firearm Thugs, Cops, FBI, CIA, US Military that this battle would have been over a long time ago. Instead it is a continuing “War” that has been lost a long time ago. The American Public has been suffering from this phony “War” for 40 years or more. Sadly, many innocent civilians are being tortured and killed in South America by US Military as they fight this illegal war. I say it is illegal because in this war, the US illegally goes into sovereign nations and kills drug growers and innocent civilians at the same time. I say this is a phony “War” because it is a war that can never be won and it is a war that terrorizes the US Public. Obviously, corrupt U.S. Officials will always allow “illegal drugs” into the US so that they can make extra undeclared income. There is absolutely no way around that fact. There are corrupt cops everywhere in the US. I am not saying that there are not good cops. I am not saying that there are not intelligent dedicated cops (although there are few). I am saying that there are enough corrupt cops to let all the dope that can be sold in the US across it’s borders and this problem will continue indefinitely or until drugs are legalized in the US. If drugs are made legal in the US, the criminal element will be taken out of the drug trade and it will be able to be taxed and controlled. The Arms Manufacturers and War Contractors will be the big loosers and the Civilians of these Sovereign Drug Growing Nations we attack and the American People will be the big winners. The taxes could be used to run proper mental and drug treatment facilities where mentally ill, destitute addicts could go for proper treatment, food, supplements and other forms of therapy. The mentally ill of the US need to be treated with dignity and respect like all human and non human animals. The real problem for Americans is that with the “War on Drugs” their streets and homes have become unsafe places for people who have to worry about paying higher taxes for these “Wars” and having their houses “Home Invaded” by drug crazed, mentally ill thugs who kill Americans in increasing numbers every year because they want money for drugs and necessities of life. There is the phony “War on Terror” which costs the US taxpayer about 15 Billion Dollars a month, every month that these wars are being fought. It is questionable if these wars are actually increasing American Security anywhere. The Taliban have a stronger foothold in Afghanistan then they had when the wars started. US President Obama is building an offensive that will require double the number of troups in East Africa including Afghanistan and Pakistan. Recent polls around the world and particularly in the middle east where the original attack and hatred came from show that more people abroad loath the Americans more than at any other time in history. Polls show that Americans are being attacked and killed more often now both inside and outside the US by foreign insurgents. They are being kidnapped, raped, tortured and murdered and held ransom both in and outside the US in astounding numbers that are not being reported by the media. Now that the US is known for its’ kidnapping, torture and murder of citizens throughout the world, foreign nationals consider it fair game to do to Americans living in the U.S. and abroad. In other words, now that the U.S. is known as the biggest terrorist nation on earth, people in other countries want to get even with Americans. Now, I do not think that 2 wrongs make a right, but I can understand two common words in the English Dictionary, “Getting Even”. Poor spending habits in the US do not stop there. The US government and its’ spy agency (intent on controlling the world) CIA spends billions of other taxpayer dollars to give munitions and killing machines to various ultra-right terrorist organizations in various countries around the world every year. They give these weapons and financial aid to terrorist organizations so that US corporations can steal natural resources or cheap slave labor from small sovereign underdeveloped countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Columbia, Mexico, Bolivia, Brazil, Columbia etc. How is it that Wall Street Drug Companies and Health Insurance Companies can make legislative decisions about how Americans and to a lesser extent Canadians will be treated in their doctors’ and veterinarians’ offices throughout the US and Canada? The answer: Since 1998 the biggest contributors of campaign money to Washington Senators and Legislators have been the Drug Companies and Health Insurance Companies. These companies protect their businesses in Washington by paying off politicians through their lobbyists. Lobbyists make direct contributions to the people responsible for passing our laws and spending policies. According to a study published by Reader’s Digest the Drug companies spent 1.5 Billion from 1998 to 2008 and the Health Insurance Industry spent 1.1 Billion in campaign contributions to Washington Politicians. Not only do lobbyists make pay offs: They also write legislation. Get this: Greedy Lobbyists actually write spending bills and legislation and then give money to various senators and legislators to help make sure that the written protections or spending bills are passed. Greedy US Corporation CEO’s and administrators get together and write up potential laws and spending bills with lobbying firm executives and then agree on amounts to be paid as campaign contributions to greedy US Senators and Legislators so that the bills get passed through the House and Senate. No wonder they call them “Bills”. In my estimation, this is outright piracy of US government. Who runs the US government? It is not the people of the US. Who does the US government represent? I do not think that the US Government is acting on behalf of the people of the US. It is acting on behalf of the corporations paying the campaign contributions. This system costs the US taxpayers and the planet in a very big way. In other words, US Corporations use the US Government as their funding operation and their police force. Big Industry in the US is assured of government compliance for their whims by paying off US politicians. I am from Canada. Contrary to what most people in the US have been told: Canada has a good basic socialized health care system like all other developed nations. All Canadian Citizens have reasonably good conventional health care. In Canada, you do not have to worry about not being seen by a doctor because you do not have health insurance. You do not have to worry about having a pre-existing condition that is not covered by your health insurance policy. You do not have to worry about paying for expensive drugs. You do not have to worry about getting thrown out of a hospital when you are still sick. What I am going to tell you is contrary to what the Health Insurance Industry and CNN, ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, their radio affiliates and the newspapers tell you about socialized medicine. Socialized medicine is the very best way to deliver all health care! Health care should be a right for all citizens of all countries. Corporate executives should not make any money from or have anything to do with health care. That is the only way to get the greed and heavy expense out of the entire system. Why do all the TV, Radio and Newspaper organizations talk about how bad socialized medicine is? TV, Radio and Newspapers make money from selling Corporate Health Care Advertising. All that advertising money disappears if the US public gets better efficiency and lower cost good socialized medicine. The government does not have to pay for advertising a socialized health care system. Think about it. All the billions of dollars spent on advertising and corporate CEO in advertising and Health Insurance Care would be taken out of the cost of health care delivery in the US. Who would be the benefactor? All US citizens! The US taxpayer would actually be getting something for his or her heard earned money from their government. To those that still scratching their head and disagreeing with my thesis, think about this. The US has a socialized fire department that works pretty well. The US has a socialized police force that works pretty well. The US has a socialized post office that works reasonably well. The US has a socialized highway, federal aviation commission and military that work pretty well (maybe the military is working too well at controlling other countries and killing innocent people in those countries). You would have to agree that The US has a lot of reasonably good working socialized agencies. Why not have a good US socialized health care system? When I say Canada has a good basic government paid for health care system, I mean that it is good available everyday western allopathic drugs and surgery with all of its’ faults. This is the same type of medicine practiced in the US except that the government uses the taxpayer’s money to pay for it. Everyone in Canada contributes to the system by paying their taxes. No Big Insurance Company Executives make Million of dollars per year off of this system like they do in the US. By getting greed out of the system, the cost of health care per person in Canada and other developed countries is much less per person then it is in the US. THE OTHER PART OF THE HEALTH CARE CRISIS But cost and greed in health care is just part of the health care crisis. The other big part of the Health Care Crisis is the type of medicine that is being doled out by medical community to our human and non human population. How can we stop greedy drug companies from making payments to legislators and senators in Washington and attorney generals and governors in various states? How can we get better medicine and disease prevention from a system that runs on greed? This is the question I asked myself for years. THE QUESTION In other words: How could I treat humans and non-human animals more effectively without or with little drugs and surgery? How could I reduce suffering and extend life in the terminally ill at a very reasonable cost, low risk, and with good chance of success? A lot of the problem lies in the fact that conventional medicines or drugs have toxic side effects that actually work against the healing processes in the body of people and animals. The net result is that most drug help fix part of the body and damage another. Imagine if you went to a mechanic that fixed the part of your car you needed fixed, but then removed good parts of your car and replaced them with damaged parts so that you would keep coming back for more repair jobs. Guess what. That is sort of how allopathic medicine works. Take aspirin for example. Aspirin is well acknowledged for being one of the best drugs ever developed. It is great for eliminating headaches, muscle and joint pain temporarily. The problem is that the response to this drug may only be temporary. While you are taking it, you are increasing your risk of internal bleeding, stroke and heart attack. If you take it in a low dose, it can thin the blood and reduce the risk of a heart attack or embolism type stroke, but after taking a small dose for a number of years, it increases the risk of bleeding intestinal ulcers, blood loss related anemia and heart attack and stroke. Antibiotics like amoxicillin, erythromycin, clindomycin, clavamox, tetracyclin have very important places in treating various bacterial diseases, but with wide spread use of antibiotics in the meat, poultry, fish, egg and dairy food production of the US and Canada, antibiotics are loosing their potency. Every moment bacteria are making evolutionary changes in their structures that render many of standard antibiotics almost useless if not entirely without effect. Antibiotic therapy by itself is becoming obsolete and ineffective. This is just another way that the US – Canadian Diet has become a major contributor to premature death in both countries. This is why new improved procedures are so important and why what we eat is as much a part of our health care as the supplements, medicine and surgery we use to treat ourselves and our pets. The above discussion is just a part of the reason I have developed new procedures. Some of the compounds and procedures I have developed will seem complicated or daunting, but only in the beginning. If you are treating any illness, remember that you should read every procedure at least 3 times before starting. If you are treating a serious internal disease, do not be arrogant or silly enough to not go back to the procedure several times to get my perspective on that procedure. If an animal you are treating has a sudden change in behavior, go to a conventional veterinarian and get a physical and blood work up. You may have to give an additional conventional treatment in addition to my procedure in order to save the life of your loved one. Call me if you would like, I will help you. I did not develop and use these procedures by mental telepathy. I worked and work on many animals in many conditions and I often use conventional laboratory blood with a conventional veterinarian. They did the physical diagnostic procedures and drew the blood and give me their assessments of the various conditions I confronted. Remember that there are no guarantees with any of these procedures. It took me many years to develop these procedures and I made many misjudgments before I arrived at these solutions. I want to impress upon you that it may be to your best advantage to combine certain forms of standard western allopathic procedures and diagnosis with my own procedures for diagnosis and electrolyte balance of the blood and body fluids. It is so important to reread them for people that are new in helping others that are sick. I do not recommend that people with advanced internal disease use this book for their own illness. The reason is that people with advanced internal disease may be too weak or sick feeling to understand and use the procedures. All the vitamins, herbs, nutraceuticals, biologics and drugs I talk about in this book are for human use. I have used human grade vitamins, herbs and nutraceuticals on dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits and humans for many years. I have used the following procedures many times, but mostly with dogs, cats and ferrets. I have also used many of them with humans. I am not a practicing veterinarian or physician at this time and I am not offering you a cure, treatment, diagnosis or cure for any disease. I can only tell you what I would do if I were to treat the same condition and what others have done. In this manuscript I will tell you how I test and how I get veterinarians to test for various diseases. I can tell you how to exactly how I test, what blood tests I utilize, how I treat and / or prevent disease, but I can not tell you what to do.
