There is Free Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Delivery for everyone within 35 miles of the Zipcode 55101(Downtown St. Paul).  There is also Customer Pickup at no additional Charge. You must Choose Free Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Delivery & Free Local Pickup from the drop down menu for each item to qualify.  If you choose Free Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Delivery & the shipping address is over the 35 mile limit, standard Shipping charges will be adjusted on the total order.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Evolution Diet accepts all major credit cards on web-site orders and debit cards. If paying by phone we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Mail in orders are incouraged to pay by check or money orders (to insure your security). 

RETURN POLICY:

Any food or product that is sold by Evolution Diet may be returned for a refund if the product is defective in any way. The refund will not include actual shipping costs. ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES EXCEED THE LISTED SHIPPING ON THE EVOLUTION ORDER FORM. Evolution Diet may choose to give defective products to the client without cost at its own disgression. Vitamins, supplements, and botanical medications that are opened for any reason will not be accepted for return under any condition because of federal safety guidelines. ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED TO EVOLUTION. BECAUSE OF INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES OR BECAUSE SHIPMENT WAS NOT DELIVERABLE CUSTOMERS BE CHARGED AT FULL SHIPPING FEES ACCORDING TO UPS GUIDELINES.

RETURN CHECK POLICY:

Checks that are accepted for payment and found to be written on an account with insufficient funds will be assessed an additional charge of $25. The charge must be paid by money order or credit card.

METHODS OF SHIPMENT:

Evolution Diet ships directly to customer’s homes by UPS, Fedex, and the U.S. Postal Service. Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii (please call to set up shipping methods and payment 1-800-659-0104).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

All international shipments require extra handling and processing fees. No assurance can be made to ship to other countries (every country has different customs regulations). ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow (2-4) business days from the time the order is placed until the order is shipped from the Evolution warehouse. Cutoff time for order placement is 1 p.m. (Central Standard Time) each business day. Average shipping time is (3-5) business days via UPS ground.
